SXSW

Okay. So, here are a few pictures of my first day at SXSW. The first official day, I decided to skip because the weather was pretty bad and there wasn't any bands that I really wanted to see. On this day, we did A LOT of walking around and standing around and standing in line!!!! By the end of the day I was dragging around. My feet were hurting so bad, I almost contemplated leaving and forgetting about seeing the band that I had been DYING to see; BLOC PARTY! Anyway, I toughed it out and they were AMAZING!!!! If you ever get the chance to see them, take it! You won't regret it! Alright, enough of that, below are a few fotos of fashionable people! See for yourself!

SXSW

So, it's about that time for one of the greatest music/film/interactive media festivals that could ever be created. SXSW 2007, is sure to be a huge success! Everyone seems to be excited for the music portion of the festival, with their first 2500 wristbands selling out in less than 2 hrs, one can only expect that people are going to be in a frezy trying to get their hands on a wristband. Now, that all the wristbands are completely sold out, some are selling on ebay for up to $1000 a pair and the badges are up there at about $300-$400 for just one! If there was any event worth all of that cash, SXSW is definitely it! With over 1300 bands playing from all over the world, you'll be sure to leave austin with a few new favorite bands!
