Fast forward a few months later....Today while shopping at Target, I see this cinched-waist hoodie (Below). I was instantly reminded of the Mike & Chris Bailey hoodie! I know it isn't identical, but it's similar and it looks great. I was sad to see that most of them were snatched up, only XL sizes were left. I was lucky enough to find a Medium hidden in the sale rack. I tried it on immediately, but that was too big! It's definitely super-cute and it could be tolerable in the summer heat, since it's pretty light-weight. I will be buying it in SMALL, who could pass up that price, right?

I have a feeling you're going to see a lot more in this style come fall. These types of jackets were all over the place at the Magic show in LV. We have a sweater in our fall line that is almost the exact shape of this! (it's in a boucle knit) I'll send you a pic...
ah..just sew on some big buttoms and there you go! i was admiring the $850 mike & chris leather hoodies at american rag today...if only i were rich
